The Liberty Projects Team

Founding members JP Hoffman and Jay Schroeder, along with the newly added Gvolt Team, assembled the best and brightest in alternative wellness programs, equine training and management and veteran advocates to round out the Board. We are team members who are passionate about making a difference.

    Executive Director & Founder. Service-connected disabled veteran, professional horse trainer, and master farrier specializing in wild mustang rehabilitation and equine-assisted therapy.

    Two-time Pro Bowl quarterback and Super Bowl Champion. After a decorated NFL career with the Washington Redskins, Raiders, and Cardinals, Jay Schroeder dedicated himself to supporting veterans through fundraising and public advocacy for Liberty Projects.
